Our PERFORMANCE LEVEL program is the perfect intro to competitive dance! Dancers can experience the excitement of competitive dance without the commitment of a large extra-curricular course load!

Dancers are only required to take 2x classes per week and will compete in 1x local competition, in addition to performing in 3x SHIFT events! 🩰

If you’re curious about the competitive dance world or looking for more performance opportunities, our Performance program is a great way to take the next step!

“I started dancing when I was 3 years old”

What is your favorite SHIFT memory?
“I have so so many but my favorite is either walking out after performing our last dance at competition and seeing everyone there supporting and cheering for us. Or Disneyland a couple years ago was so much fun, and we made the best memories with everyone.”

What are you doing next year?
“I am going to Queens University to study General Science!”

“I have so many memorable moments at SHIFT from long rehearsal days to pool days at the Fairmont. Yet the most special moment has to be after our last time competing, being greeted by our parents, teachers, littles, and the whole SHIFT community with so much love.”

“I am going to the University of Victoria to study Psychology (as well as visiting SHIFT as much as possible!)”
