Janet began her dance career at the age of 11 in London, England. Her love for the stage soon turned her into a Professional Child Dancer in Stage, Film and Theatre.

When Janet was not dancing professionally, she worked to complete her ISTD teaching certifications in Ballet, Tap and Modern, all of which were completed by age 18. Janet opened her first dance studio in the South of England where she was the Artistic Director for 10 years before immigrating to Toronto. There Janet opened another very successful studio before heading to West Vancouver. Janet has taught at multiple studios Downtown, on the Northshore and in Maple Ridge since arriving in Vancouver. Her passion, commitment and excitement for Tap and Musical Theater have kept her loyal for the past 15 years with Anna Wyman School of Dance Arts. Janet is looking forward to bringing her passion for dance to Shift this fall!
