⭐️SATURDAY ACRO DROP-INS!!⭐️

Join us for Acro Drop-Ins every Saturday, starting this week! Whether you’re a beginner or working towards more challenging skills, everyone is welcome!

🗓️When: every Saturday, starting October 5th
⏰Time: 10:15-11:30 AM (come for as long or as little as you’d like!)
📍Where: Shift Dance Academy

*Suitable for ages 4+ yrs!

Participants will work on flexibility, strength, balance, coordination, along with fun tricks like somersaults, cartwheels, bridges, and more!! Dancers will work their way through obstacle courses, play fun dance games, all while working to build technique and a strong Acro foundation 🤸‍♀️
